Two years ago we said goodbye to Papa. It was a hard day. It's been a hard two years. He is missed everyday. There still is not a day that goes by without mention of him. Noah and Macie have been very good about showing Avila pictures of Papa. They want her to know who he was too. It's very sweet. They have great memories of him. I'm grateful for the time that we were all able to spend with him and the memories we were able to make. They will forever be engraved in our memory and hearts.
Some days Macie will come to me in tears, telling me that she misses Papa. Little girl, we all do. He was a great man. I look forward to the day that we will all be reunited again! What a day that will be! The gospel and knowledge we have is so great! Families can be forever!
